I had Top Tier out to add a retaining wall, grade and seed the yard around it, and replace a driveway/walkway. Jimmy was communicative throughout the project but we certainly had our hiccups. Firstly, we had been quoted charcoal bricks for the retaining wall which came much lighter. The largest hiccup was with the driveway. Due to the settling of the driveway and the garage, we've been told now that the garage definitely should've been done either before or at the same time of the driveway. I had asked for a quote before the pouring had begun for the driveway but never received one. Overall, the work done was good, not great with the coloring issue and some settling of the top layer of our retaining wall. But with the issues around driveway/garage and the haphazard explanations for the retaining wall, I was left disappointed.Load more
